Founder & CEO
Rovertos is a qualified chartered accountant with substantial experience in leadership positions driving and overseeing corporate growth and development.
Since 2017 he has been the founder and managing director of Highworth (Cyprus) Ltd. He has had an instrumental role in capitalising on business opportunities arising from economic, social, and political trends, building and maintaining at the same time meaningful relationships with clients, associates and other stakeholders.
Rovertos has lectured at the European University – School of Professional Studies as a lecturer of ACCA. He has also been engaged in community charity projects being an active board member of the Nicosia-Ledra Rotary Club.
Chief Financial Officer
Anthi is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) with more than 12 years of professional experience in the field of financial and corporate services.
She joined Highworth (Cyprus) Ltd in 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer. Her role has been instrumental in managing the company’s internal affairs, including tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analysing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.
Furthermore, Anthi is responsible for managing client financial affairs as well in accordance with international financial accounting reporting requirements. She is also in close communication with the board, supporting the company’s mission, vision, values, and culture.
Group Head of Business Development
An experienced professional with a successful career in financial services and over 30 years in a client-facing environment.
As Group Head of Business Development, Chris is responsible for all aspects of business development in Cyprus and overseas which includes increasing the profile of the company and its services within the Highworth Group and target markets.
Chris holds the CySEC Financial Services Regulatory Framework Advanced Certification.
Corporate Services Manager
Senior Corporate Services Manager with thirteen years of experience in the corporate industry, heading the corporate department.
Excellent knowledge on Cyprus companies’ legislation and administration, wide experience with the opening of bank accounts in Cyprus and abroad as well as thorough knowledge on the AML regulations.
Speaker in various international Cyprus tax structuring events held abroad and author of numerous articles published in Mondaq.
Many years of experience in leading first tier tax transactions and legal.
Fluent speaker in English and Greek languages with a good knowledge of Bulgarian and German languages.
Group Marketing Manager
Panagiotis is a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing/UK (MCIM), and a PRINCE2 Qualified Project Manager.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration and an M.Sc in Marketing. He has more than 15 years of professional experience as a marketer and communications advisor in the Services Industry with a key specialization on Financial Services. Combining his Marketing and Project Management expertise, he has coordinated various successful, high caliber projects and studies in Cyprus and abroad, for both private and public organisations and institutions including EU’s. Panagiotis participates as keynote speaker and moderator to various conferences, seminars and events and his articles are frequently published on the daily Press and industry specific magazines.

Professional Banker, twenty two years of experience built on the principles of integrity, trustworthiness and confidentiality. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Accounting and Finance.
Business Development Manager in International Banking, Head of Customer Service and Trainer in Compliance Issues. Network Manager in Retail Banking (Awards of Excellency).

Funds Administration Manager
Studied Economics at the University of Cyprus.
Worked at Deloitte Limited where he obtained his qualified chartered accountant qualification and became member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants In England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Specialises in the areas of identification of audit risks and procedures and evaluating the design, implementation and operating effectiveness of controls. His area of expertise also includes audit of investment/forex/funds, retail, construction and holding of investments companies, reviewing tax computations and VAT/VAT returns. Joined Highworth Cyprus on January 2020, as Manager of the Funds Administration department, responsible for the department’s service offering on the Cyprus Investment Funds (AIFs, UCITS, RAIFs).
