Rovertos Hanadjias
Founder & CEO
Rovertos is a qualified chartered accountant with substantial experience in leadership positions driving and overseeing corporate growth and development.
He has founded Highworth (Cyprus) Limited back in 2017 and he is acting as the managing director ever since. Rovertos holds an instrumental role in capitalising on business opportunities arising from economic, social, and political trends, building and maintaining at the same time meaningful relationships with clients, associates and other stakeholders.
His extensive past experience in business consulting has permitted him to develop strong and insightful problem-solving capabilities constructively used for overcoming complex issues in business and technical corporate as well as tax fields.
Part of his past professional experience comprises among others his lecturing position at the European University – School of Professional Studies as a lecturer of ACCA.
Furthermore, he is actively engaged in community charity projects as being an active member of the Nicosia-Ledra Rotary Club.
Anthi Panteli
Chief Financial Officer
Anthi is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) with extensive and many years of professional experience in the field of financial and corporate services.
She joined Highworth (Cyprus) Ltd in 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer. Her role has been instrumental in managing the company’s internal affairs, including tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analysing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.
Furthermore, Anthi is responsible for managing client financial affairs as well in accordance with international financial accounting reporting requirements. She is the gatekeeper of ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and provides essential analysis and expert advice to tackle organizational challenges, manages major risks and is responsible for the financial health of the business.
Phani Tillirou
Chief Operations Officer & Head of Corporate Department
Phani Tillirou joined Highworth (Cyprus) Ltd in 2017 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the company's daily administrative and operational functions.
With extensive experience in the corporate and banking sectors, she leads the corporate department with a deep understanding of Cyprus company legislation and administration. Her expertise includes facilitating the opening of bank accounts both domestically and internationally, transaction monitoring, and a thorough knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. These competencies enable her to effectively coordinate a team of professionals in these specialized areas.
Throughout her career, Phani has led first-tier tax and corporate transactions, contributing significantly to the expansion into new corporate ventures. She holds a Master’s Degree in European Law and Policy and is an active speaker at various international corporate events held abroad
Christos Neophytou
Head of Business Development
Christos Neophytou is the Head of Business Development at Highworth, bringing extensive experience in sales, communication, and client acquisition.
With a background in business administration and marketing, Christos plays a key role in driving the company’s growth strategy and expanding its global client network.
His expertise includes strategic sales planning, market research, and high-level client relationship management. He is responsible for communicating Highworth’s value proposition, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring strong connections with partners and startups looking to scale.
With a passion for innovation and business expansion, Christos actively represents Highworth at international events, forging relationships that position Cyprus as a top destination for entrepreneurs and investors.
Akis Kourouzides
Group Business Development Manager
Experienced banking professional with 22 years of expertise founded on integrity, trust, and confidentiality. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
Proven track record in international banking, serving as a Business Development Manager, Head of Customer Service, and Compliance Trainer. Extensive experience in retail banking as a Network Manager, recognized with Awards of Excellence.
In-depth knowledge of AML regulations, specializing in Client Acceptance Policies, Due Diligence procedures, and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Served as an internal inspector for International Banking Services under ISO 9001:2000 standards.
Additionally, worked as a Business Development Executive for four years at a leading law firm in Nicosia and, most recently, as a Non-Executive Director for five years at a CYSEC-regulated investment firm.
Andreas Doulappas
Business Development Executive
Andreas is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with a strong background in financial analysis, tax consulting, and business advisory.
Having worked in both multinational firms and boutique financial consultancies, he has developed deep expertise in international tax structuring, financial reporting, and corporate compliance.
His career includes roles at PwC and other respected financial services firms, where he advised high-net-worth individuals and businesses on optimizing their financial strategies. Now, Andreas leverages his extensive knowledge to assist companies in navigating complex tax regulations and structuring their operations for efficiency and compliance.
As a Business Development Executive, Andreas is focused on helping businesses optimize their corporate structures for tax efficiency, particularly companies looking to relocate their operations to Cyprus. His work involves identifying and engaging potential clients, advising on international tax strategies, compliance requirements, and structuring solutions that align with regulatory frameworks. He actively develops strategic partnerships and implements business growth initiatives to facilitate seamless market entry and expansion.

Antoninos is experienced and highly-skilled in a wide spectrum of Administration and Management consulting services, that mainly concern Human Resource Management, Payroll, Migration and Management systems services.
As a member of Professional Boards, he always remains up to date and alert for any innovation that may appear to benefit the client. Antoninos is committed and passionate in collaborating with partners at all levels, aiming to deliver the best to all stakeholders concerned. Being the client’s right hand, he is eager to adapt in the client’s culture as an external force so to help the clients meet their strategic goals.
Donna Chiba
Corporate Account Manager
Donna is a law graduate with worth mentioning experience in the field of incorporations and management of Cyprus companies.
She is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and their day-to-day operations as well as preparing necessary corporate documents, resolutions and minutes of directors and shareholder meetings et. Donna is also dealing with preparing and submitting official documentation to public authorities, collecting and reviewing compliance documents according to the obligations of the organization.
Among her various duties, her assistance and support is valuable to preparing and filing migration cases and applications to the relevant authorities.
Fluent speaker in Greek and English languages with a good knowledge of Russian and Romanian languages.
Elina Sotirova
Corporate Account Manager
Elina is a corporate professional with secretarial background and considerable experience in the field of incorporations and management of Cyprus companies.
She is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and their day-to-day operations as well as preparing necessary corporate documents, resolutions and minutes of directors and shareholder meetings etc. Elina is also carrying out procedures of company formations and filling preparation of documents concerning the Registrar of Companies department. She is also offering her valuable assistance in preparing and submitting forms on behalf of her clients for bank account openings in Cyprus and other jurisdictions.
Among her various duties is collecting and reviewing compliance documents according to the obligations of the organization and assisting voluntary liquidation procedures as well as strike off processes.

Siarpel holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cyprus. With over five years of experience in the audit industry at a prestigious Big Four firm, he has collaborated with a wide range of clients across various sectors. His expertise lies in ensuring clients’ annual returns align with both IFRS and local company regulations, delivering exceptional service and reliable financial guidance.

Rea Christofi
Office Administrator
Rea is the Office Administrator and has joined Highworth team in August 2023 as responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and to ensuring efficient operation of the office.
Among her other duties she is always ensuring that the office is exquisitely organised, offers efficient back-office support, and contributes passionately to the increase of the company’s productivity.Rea manages the daily tasks of the organization by providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the operations of the company run as efficiently as possible. She has a leading role in sharing the hospitality philosophy of the company with clients and various partners.As a result of that she is responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, appointments and directing various administrative projects.She is fluent in Greek and English languages.
